US shipping
Standard shipping is $5 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $75. Standard shipping is free at $75 or more, before tax and shipping. Delivery availability and any estimates are shown at checkout.

Returns and size or color exchanges
Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible US returns and charge no restocking fee. Items must meet the condition rules in the full policy.
Start a return or request an exchange
Start a return or request an exchange by signing in with the email address used for your order. Open the order, select Request return, choose the item, and submit your request.
Prefer an exchange for another size or color of the same style? In the note for the store, write Exchange and your preferred size and color, for example: Exchange — size L, navy. This records your preference; it does not automatically select or reserve a replacement. Our team will review the request and confirm the available replacement before processing it. For a refund, submit your return request without requesting an exchange.
The first eligible size or color exchange includes free standard replacement shipping. We send the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original, subject to availability. You may also email hello@wearclayandchalk.com with your order number and requested size or color.
