Returns and exchanges

Can I exchange a size or color directly?

Yes. For another size or color of the same style, email hello@wearclayandchalk.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and requested variant. We send the first eligible replacement with free standard shipping after receiving and inspecting the original item, subject to availability.

Can I select a replacement in my customer account?

The account form accepts return requests but does not let you choose a replacement. Email us to request a direct exchange.

Are returns free?

Eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery include a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. The original outbound shipping charge for a preference return is generally nonrefundable. See the full policy for item condition and exceptions.

What does standard shipping cost?

For eligible US orders, standard shipping is $5 below a $75 merchandise subtotal after discounts and free at $75 or more. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.
